Residence Focobon is a four floors building offering three types of apartments: studio apartments, two-room apartments and two-room superior apartments.

The structure is located in Caviola, a small village in the heart of the Dolomites, approximately 3 km from the Falcade ski lift and 200 m from the ski bus stop.

Located 500 m away, the village is easily accessible. Here, visitors can find everything they need including shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, bars and more.

The apartments are pleasant and comfortable and offer a very spacious private terrace. In addition, every apartment is equipped with floor heating providing uniform heat diffusion in each room.

Residence Focobon is also equipped with a lift allowing easy access to all apartments, a laundry room with an iron and ironing board, ski deposit, free Wi-Fi and outdoors parking lot.
